How do I save my information in the program?
The information you enter into the program is automatically saved when you advance to the next screen or click the logout button.

My computer crashed or froze! Is my information saved?
All your information, except for the screen you were working on, was saved automatically.

How do I save my place in the program?
Your place in the program is automatically saved when you advance to the next screen. The next time you login to the program, you will start where you left off.

How do I adjust the volume when using the program?
You can adjust the audio settings either through your settings on your computer, or you can click the mute button on the top right of the screen next to the logout button.

How do I repeat the directions for the activity I am currently on?
You can click the gold star button located on the bottom left of the screen to repeat the directions at any time during the activity.

Can I skip ahead or go back without clicking through each screen?
You can use the buttons on the top of the screen to navigate through the before, during, and after reading sections. The program is designed to be a linear process, so we only recommend jumping ahead or back to view the activities after they are all completed.

What do I do if the loading bar is stuck on the screen and I can’t advance?
Every once in a while the database can get overwhelmed with traffic and it slows down. To correct this problem, try logging out or re-starting your browser. If this does not work, close your browser and try logging in again in a few minutes.

How do I view the activities I have completed?
Your can either use the buttons on the top of the screen to go back and forth, or you can use the journal button to open your personal journal. This can be viewed on screen or printed for your reference.
